Problem in open my DVD writer door (tray).  

There's a small hole in front of the writer, you use a paper clip to manually open your writer.

It is a problem with Dvd writers hardware and dont use pin to open its tray always.
It occurred by malfunctioning of a rubber band in dvd writer . replace it correctly by a new one . so you can check it any hardware mechanic , he will remove this problem.

So now you can go for mechanic and use button to open tray not as use a pin...
