Waking up in the middle of the night

oh yes it happens to me, one of the worst time was when i had a very bad dream, i dreamed about our house was being robbed where at that moment i was so worried for my family as i was having that feelinf that they were about to hurt my family as well when i saw them trying to enter the bedroom window, i screamed at the top of my lungs "help robbers!" so loud that i woke myself up. the first thing i did was to call home to my sister and my mom to check on them, it was around 2am in the morning but i still called just to make sure as i am out of the country. after hearing their voices and asking them to please check the house locks again i calm down, but i wasn't able to go back to bed. i waited till morning to call back again and told them the whole story and ask them to be careful always. i usually take dreams as a warning.

Well this happens to me very often. I find it difficult to sleep more than 5 hiurs without waking up. I am happy if I get 5 straight hours of sleep.
