Do you get sad or upset when your family and friends forget your birthday?

I get sad and upset when I forget its my birthday!!!

to tell the truth i usually forget my birthday and never have seen anything exciting about it to me its just another day of the week, my girlfriend always remembers and wants to go out and make a big thing of it but maybe thats because she's 14 years younger than me. ive been telling her for 11 years its no big deal but, i do it for her.

I won't feel very sad if my family member and friends forget my birthday.
The most important is my husband will always remember my birthday.
Having a simple celebration for my birthday is more than enough.I don't like it to be over-do.

Of course,if my family members and friends give me a birthday wishes on my Birthday, I will be very very happy and that will be the most wonderful birthday gift for me.

i dont get upset, i know they forgot it because they are busy. sometimes i even forget my own birthday. but i never forget my wifes birthday har har har idont want myself be into a big trouble. i dont forget our sons birthday as well. i will get upset if my wife forgets my birthday.... but she never has. my mother never forgets my birthdaytoo so i am okay if some forgets as long as this two women in my life never forgets my special day.

hi careguarden, i think i would not be sad when my family and friends forget my birthday. but it never happened to me. my parents alway remember my birthday, they often remind me of my birthday. however, i forget their birthday occasionally few years ago, they did not blame me for that. and now i keep the day into my cellphone to remind me.
