You will have your own star when your posts reaches 100. The green star is the highest ranking star, You will not get many stars..

when you will cross 100 points you will get the stars here and the rating is the level of discussion's quality you have.
i think if you just put your discussions with no quality you will have low rating points and stars both.
so keep quality while putting discussions here.

Hey dude, you will get to stars within some time. I guess soon, just keep on posting more responses and when this 81 goes to 100, you will get a star. Also keep posting a good quality posts. Give ratings to others' posts too. This will increase your earnings too.
