Have you ever played tennis?

I had a chance to play tennis with one of my friend this last week. It was my second time around and the first time I played it was way back in the 80's. I always thought that tennis is a game for sissy's up until now. After playing the game for at least 3 hours I have aches all over my body, my wrist, knees, hips, arms, legs, neck, feet heck I think all part of my body hurts. Now I have a new found respect for all those pro tennis players.

i used to play tennis consistently in my teens. my father use to take to to tennis club, where he was a member and we as kids got free entry.
although it was tough to convince the court manager guy to play after my father is done, yet with help of my father, we used to play for atleast half an hour to hour every day. at that time, i also participate in some local tennis tounaments, which i lost :D

I have been playing tennis for most of my life. Though I never joined in any tennis competition. I started playing when I was 12 years old and even had tennis lessons for about a year from a good instructor. Well, I love the sports. Its really brings out the best or worst in you considering that its you that plays there. You cannot blame anyone if you lose and get credit for yourself when you win.
