Can you make light cream?

I love the taste of light cream. Can you please tell me if you can make light cream? Also can you tell me if light cream is safe to drink raw? Thanks people, I love the taste of light cream, and I use it for all the wrong reasons.

I do not know how they make light cream....but where cream comes from is when a cow is milked we put the milk in a picture and put the picture in the refrigerator and the cream from the milk rises to the top and we scoop it off, and what we do with it is make our butter from it. and the liquid that is left from that is butter milk and we use that when we make biscuits, or pancakes.
