Would you go if given the chance to travel? I have always wanted to travel to Scotland and few other places as well, But Scotland is the place I want to see more than any other.
A few years ago we traveled a lot of places here in the states , we had a business that involved a whole lot of miles . We took dogs mostly (mini sheep) from the breeders to their new homes . So I was able to travel through the states , but didn't get to stop and really see much of the places we were driving past. So there are a few places here I would like to travel to and spend some time looking around. One place we didn't make it to was Alaska and I would love to go and see the Northern lights just once at least.
If you had the money to go where ever you wanted to , where would that be and why ?

I'll take my girl to Paris. It's her wish and I would really love to fulfill it. Too bad I'm having a hard time saving right now. Money is hard to catch. :p But someday I'll take her to Paris. I will. Have a nice day jean. :)

Oh what a wonderful thing! I think it is awesome that you want to take her somewhere like that. I think I would like to visit there someday myself. Oh by the way Shadow when I was looking at your picture on here earlier I showed my daughter and told her I thought the young man in that picture was extremely nice looking.

Well, if money were unlimited & therefore no object, I would travel to as many countries as possible. I wouldn't put a time limit on it either! I adore traveling and do travel about 2 x/year, however there are so many places I haven't seen that I'd love to see. Places like : Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Bali, Uruguay, Northern lights in Iceland yes, Latvia, Lithuania, Argentina, Brazil, India. Yeah I've seen much of Europe but not really outside of it. I especially appreciate being able to take so many wonderful pics of all our destinations so for me a trip is not complete without a good camera. I love exploring different cultures and am always amazed when I hear about people that have never traveled outside of their country of residence and have no desire to???? Boggles my mind.

If I would be given a chance, first and foremost I want to visit all the beautiful provinces in our country before visiting other countries. I will travel with my loving partner. Will stay in some of the beautiful islands here.if possible will have an overnight each island. If were done with that, will go to Sydney Australia,i want to visit the opera house there. Many says that it is really beautiful.

It might sound strange but due to my financial condition I have never been to any travel destination. I would love to go and visit any mountain (it must have snow), I would like to see the oceans, the desert, the rain forest and the beaches. I wish that someday I would be able to take my family and visit some, if not all these places.

Me the only place I would love to see is England. I would love to see the palace there and meet the Queen. I have been all over the states too and have seen many wonders here and I loved every moment of it. I have always wanted to see one of the guards that guard the palace. I have seen all kinds of people trying to talk to them but they don't do that. I wonder how they trained for that. Hope you get to see Scotland some day.

I would visit South America to see sights like Machu Picchu in Peru. It is an historical site in the mountains. The Inca people used to live there. I would also love to visit Cartagena de Indies in Colombia. It would be so lovely to see the old buildings there and venture out as far as the Caribbean beaches. I would like to visit Rio de Janeiro to see the view from Sugar Loaf Mountain.
I would love to go island hopping and snorkeling in the Philippines. I would like to see the Taj Mahal in India and the Great Wall in China. I think it would be lovely to see the cherry blossom in Japan. I hope you you will like it in lovely Scotland.

[b]I think New Zealand, despite the fact that they have a super-volcano there, which could go any time.
But it looks sooo beautiful, & there are more sheep than people there, which has to be a good thing, right? The whole pastoral thing really appeals to me. It just looks so Edenic, every photo I've ever seen. Sigh....

Well I've got the idea into my head that I want to go and visit the Shetland Islands! I'm looking for a bit of peace and isolation and I thought to myself that this would be the best place to get it. I live in London and I have only been to Scotland once and I really loved it. Finance is a problem though and I can't do any form of travelling right now. I would love to go to the Shetland Islands and rent a small cottege or something for a week. During that week I would then take in the air, the atomosphere, the peace, the serenity and everything that comes with that! My problem is, I haven't done any form of travelling in a long time and I really miss it. Andrew

I'd love to go to the Ireland and Scotland and go nosing around for distant cousins...Got a bit of both from my mom's side of the gene pool..Second to that would be anywhere where there's more trees than people..with a one room cabin and a bit of running water..a pond or lake would be a plus..
Enjoy!
