Even I am looking for that book.
This book has taken several years for its development, it was initially expected in 2006. Though it published on September 15,2009 with an initial print of 6.5 million copies, the largest first printing in publishers history. Electronic versions such as eBook and Audible book versions were also made available on the same date as I got this information while hunting for the book on internet.
Looking forward to this discussion to get some more updates.

A friend of mine shared me a ebook link (since I don't have the pocket money right now to buy it - when I get the chance I'll probably buy the paperback, which isnt out yet here in Tokyo it seems.)
