I need a barcue sauce recipe  | | I am making ribs, and I have no barbecue sauce. I need a barbecue sauce recipe, and I prefer one without molasses. I don't have any molasses. If you have one please share,I am trying to avoid going to the grocery store.

you need:
1 whole (head) garlic, mincely chopped 1/2 cup soy sauce 1-2 tbsp brown sugar 2-3 tbsp lemon juice 1 cup oil salt and pepper to taste
mix soy sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice. set aside. roast garlic in 1/2 cup oil until golden brown. add the other 1/2 cup oil to the mixture then add the roasted garlic and the used oil and mix all together. add salt and pepper to taste. please taste the sauce first and just adjust it to your desired taste.
my friend taught me this recipe. hope you like this one.
