I need a barcue sauce recipe

this is called "ala pobre sauce". Good from pork, fish, beef and chicken bbq.

you need:

1 whole (head) garlic, mincely chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce
1-2 tbsp brown sugar
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup oil
salt and pepper to taste


mix soy sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice. set aside.
roast garlic in 1/2 cup oil until golden brown.
add the other 1/2 cup oil to the mixture then add the roasted garlic and the used oil and mix all together. add salt and pepper to taste.
please taste the sauce first and just adjust it to your desired taste.
