will u drink water beore going to sleep

I don't know if there is some kind of advantage. i only drink water before sleeping if I'm actually thirsty before sleeping. i prefer to drink my water quota during the day, where I can go to the bathroom without having to wake up!

Hi,i won't drink water because if i drink water i have to go to toilet in the midnight.Actually after dinner i will drink[10 pm] water more than sufficiently and with a gap of 3 hours,i used to go to bed.This is my habit since 25 years.Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

yes, i drink water before going to sleep, every evening i drink a glass of water and i go inside my bed. Some days i eat something before going to sleep, like bread with ham or sausage, or something like biscuits with milk. i don't know why but sometimes i become hungry in night. i don't know if there are benefits for our body, maybe drinking some water can hel our need of water during the night.

Although it may make you urinate frequently throughout the night, if you've been drinking alcohol before then, drinking a couple of tall glasses of water right before you go to bed can often save you from a hangover. Trust me, it's from personal experience for real.

Unfortunately for me, I find that whenever I drink a particularly large drink just before hitting the hay, I will suffer for this seemingly simple choice later on in the night (or VERY early in the morning, to be more accurate) by being abruptly woken up by the incredibly strong urge to pee.

Before I go to sleep at night I drink water because while we're asleep, we are losing water from our body. Sometimes you'll notice that you're perspiring and thats the reason why I drink water because we're losing moisure while we're asleep. Another reason is to cleanse our body so that when you woke up, you'll go to release that water from your body.:)

If it is a particularly hot and humid evening, you could be helped to get a good night's sleep with a drink of water. A lot of bad dreams happen when you get dehydrated in your sleep and your discomfort manifests in your dreams. Having extra fluids before going to bed prevents that discomfort.

And if you did have a bad dream and woke up, a glass of water could get you back into peaceful sleep in no time.

I drink a quarter glass of water before going to bed. I sleep in room with air-conditioner.

I drink before sleep to avoid dehydration because I know I won't be taking in water for the next 6 hours or so. But I know if you drink too much water before going to bed, you will had eye bag the next morning.

I don't know if there are any advantages to drinking water before going to sleep. I do drink water alot of water at night though, I wish I didn't becuase then I just have to get up and go pee in the night!
