Hello,
I have heard that American's are not allowed to visit Cuba. Is this true? Some friends and I had a heated debate recently and one friend insists that Americans can visit Cuba, but are not allowed to spend any money there (cannot encourage their economy).
Who is right?
Also, are there any airlines that fly to Cuba from the US?

i think it is true that they are not allowed to go to certain countries. but an american should be able to tell you (if allowed to w00t )
