I am doing a project and headed to dead line. Unfortunatelly, the members of the groups alway have different opinion because we come from different background. How to overcome this?

From where I stand, learning to communicate with others in the group is the most important thing to do.
It is common that the members of the groups alway have different opinions. As you have said above, because you are all comeing from different backgrounds, then when it comes to working for noe teamwork, different people may have different ideas. When meeting such situations, you'd better try to get the memebers together and commnuicate with them.
I think you can overcome it through communication. Wish you success.

thanks for your suggestion. I wish I were the leader of the group so that I can make good communication. The gap is there is a kind of seniority.

You must often make internal meeting with team. You must make trust and one mission in this group. Without meeting and discussion you are not get trust and good team

I see... The big problem is how to understand each other because there are some people who are very dominant. They have a huge power to make a decisionbut somehow not very easy to communicate with lower level.
