Are you doing sports regularly

I am also walking everyday because I have no other choice. Besides, walking is a very good exercise for the heart. I am also involved in sports sometimes and I like to play games and have fun. Right now, I have been lifting weights and I feel the difference after a week of doing that. I believe that exercise is good for us physically, mentally, emotionally.

Yes, despite my busy work,i usually tie up two or three hours to play basketball or badminton twice a week.of course,many of us are busy in making money all the time in the fast pace society,we have no spare time to do sport regularly,even forget to do it.but to control our health,i think it is good idea to go to work by walking or bicycling.

I can not do hardly any walking at the moment until i have had an op on my toes,so i hope to in the new year.

Back in high school I was a part of the school's swim team. Then I would exercise every day at a very high level. Now that I am no longer doing that, I'm always looking for pick-up games of other sports to help me stay in shape. Basketball at the local gym is a great sport to take part in. Also, I play Ultimate Frisbee with a group of friends.

Not really. I miss exercise in fact. Work tends to get in the way. It's important to make time for exercise I guess.
