Ever since I was a kid I have had insomnia and I could not sleep so I always liked to stay up all night and sleep during the day, which made it hard to sleep and then go to school and stay awake, and I would sometimes take a nap when I got home, and now that I am married to my wife,I do not have insomnia as much, even though I do have trouble sleeping from time to time, and I still prefer staying up all night and sleeping during the day,and I think stress can affect Insomnia because if you are stressed it can make it hard to go to sleep, and I think now I stress out because of work, and it makes it harder to fall asleep and sometimes I can lay awake for hours on end, before I finally manage to fall asleep, even when I have worked all day and I am dog tired,I still stress and have trouble falling asleep sometimes.

I would say that insomnia is due to stress as i know that a friend of mine suffers from stress and this is a problem for her as well. She drinks alot of water now as she thinks it may also have something todo with what she drinks as well during the couse of the day.

Insomnia does come from stress. I have this strange problem where I cannot go to sleep for a couple of days no matter what. It is not because of stress or anxiety. I am perfectly alright, cool and calm and yet I cannot fall asleep. I do not even feel tired from not sleeping and can work perfectly even without getting a second of sleep. I think I should consult a doctor.

insomnia is a condition that arises due to overloading of mind and soul. one should take less tension or stress and do a brisk walk daily in morning to start your day. insomnia results in loniness and over exaled mind. eat fresh and remain fresh.
