DO u think facebook has more users than orkut, i feel so . You guys wont believe this- I have a hard time convincing some of my friends that facebook is having more users than orkut!!!Why is there a confusion? It is because in India orkut is more popular than facebook. So they think that facebook is just a clone of orkut and it is less popular. Orkut traffic reduced by 7.7% last year while faceook traffic increased by 69.5%. even i started using facebook since a year, and left orkut facebook has also added a application -This application will connect your Orkut Profile to your Facebook Profile, so that you can see your Orkut friends and read your Scraps right here in facebook. You dont even have to provide your login/password. All you do is specify your Orkut Profile URL now u need to use only one account to stay connected to both sites , its cool Which one do u think is better and the one you preffer?

Of course,it is a common knowledge that facebook has more users than orkut. Orkut is well known for Indians...like FRIENDSTER is well known for Filipinos. Facebook is very popular all around the globes. But i don't have facebook,and i am thankful with orkut,for i had met friends online and was able to met some in person too.

i think both are good at there own place. i use orkut much because i find orkut more appelling and easy to me. facebook has more games and it is popular in america but in india we use orkut much. orkut is supported by gtalk and it is the best feature of orkut. i think orkut is more simple to use and convinient for any age group. so according to me orkut is better than facbook. happy mylotting

Never heard of orkut actually. I find it weird for them to believe that. I mean facebook is at the top of the social networkings. Its so popular that even hollywood is gonna do a movie about the creation of facebook.

2nd side of the coin haha , but its not funny coz orkut is really not so populat everywer
