Experts are of the opinion that sleeping 7-8 hours a day is good for health. I sleep for about 6 hours and it works fine for me as I do not feel tired or ill. I think you should sleep more. You sound like you need rest.

I like to sleep a lot.I normally sleep for more than 6 hours.I always want to sleep more but time does not permit to do that.My classes and other activities compel me to sleep for a specific amount of time. But I think the amount of sleep I am getting is enough for me to remain healthy and strong.Different people need different amount of sleep. So you should sleep for that much hours that allows you to do all the other activities with full energy.

It's definitely not five hours. There have been studies that link lack of sleep to many ills, even a shortened life span. I believe that at least 7 hours of sleep is good. If I go to sleep and am allowed to wake whenever I feel like it (which isn't often) I find that nine hours is just right for me. As for the coffee, there have been some health benefits associated with coffee lately. It's not as bad as once thought, as long as your body can tolerate it. But, too much of anything is no good for you.
