What are some ways to avoid scams today?  | |  I usually look at the faq and terms of conditions. Sometimes looking at the design of the webpage can be helpful too! If there is too many popups then that site might be somewaht dangerous for your computer.

It was like what had happened to me I once searched if mylot and cashcrate was a scam and some bloggers said yes! Surprisingly, those things they said were not true at all. How could people write such awful things about a site that they did not even try! | |

There was also a tip given to me that seems to be logical. Check out if the site you are signing up for has a forum. This means that they welcome feedback from their users. This would also let you see comments from your fellow users.
Also, simply typing scams plus the name of the site in Google would show you how suspicious or legitimate your site is.

I have joined on there only for a few day after i know it's a scam from google. So you must investigate firstly on site that you would joined. Good luck
