What do you do to change or divert your mind when youre sad ?

When im sad or depressed i leave my phone at my home in the morning which plays am essential part of in my life and the only reason for my disturbance always . Then i dont go home the whole day and sit at a smoker point near my home and sit the new people i meet , amazingly this always works

When i am sad i used to play dart for almost an hour in my room and leave the house to play badminton if weekends and if weekdays i usually go to the mall to ease my depression. Playing dart makes me feel better as you need a lot of concentration if you want to hit your target. Badminton also is a good way to make you feel better. Going to the mall sometimes good sometimes not that much.

hi,
for me when im depress, i make myself busy.. or sometimes i listen to music while reading book or i watch movies... when i have extra cash i go out with friends, or i go alone in the mall, go shopping or window shopping... stay in a coffee shop to wonder while drinking coffee..

Its really true what you said.. That phone only play a vital part in my life. Whenever i get sad i feel like to stay away from everybody. So this phone will make to avoid my sad. Thank you so much dear....
