am not a blog earner. I had started two blogs but as my adsense account was not got approved, i gave up that field. So now i would like to know the conditions to get a adsense account. Should we already have traffic in our blog to get a account in Google Adsense? Where can we publish our blog to get more traffic?

Maybe you can use your friend's site or blog to register but it's too risk for you since you can't using your profile forever if it has been banned. Someday my friend can be approved within one week but he use unknown site that have a much traffic and not have adsense yet. But it is too RISK guys.

Otherwise your blog may get "sand boxed" - i.e. the blog may get held back in search results for several months, thus making searchers difficult to find your blog.
