As a mother, do you bother your child by kissing while asleep?

I used to look at my small bundle and joy and kissed my baby while asleep at times without thinking that it may have roused him from sleep. Did you or do you do that too?

I do! I kiss my babies whenever I get the urge. I don't think it will awaken them, and if it does no biggy to me. I love my babies more than anything and want them to know and feel all the love I have to give. I never miss an opportunity to show my affection and I always follow my heart. I feel children are only little once and before I know it they will be out of my house and I wont have the opportunities so I take every chance I can.

Not only mothers do that. I am sure the fathers, too. We just love to hug and kiss them all the time. Yes, they are only little once and we should take that opportunity. It also helps them psychologically. They feel loved being touched, caressed, hugged and kissed. (funny, i inadvertently placed this discussion under the interest "swimming" lol). thanks for the thoughts.

You are correct! Fathers do it as well. There is an amazing love and bond with parents and children and I think children need to feel that love constantly, whether awake or sleeping.

Yes, parents love to wrap their arms around them, hold them closely and kiss their soft faces. It is so irresistible seeing them so peaceful and innocent in sleep. Sometimes, babies sleep lightly, so kissing them very gently while asleep helped. I just love the smell of babies.
