Internet Addiction: Long hours to blurry eyesight

Do you already have a blurry eyesight due to long hours in front of your PC monitor? I know I have! Everyday, I always sit in front of the computer and I cant get enough of it even at home! I cant help myself and cant keep my hands off the keyboard. Very much addicted to the computer and the internet. Information is so vast and there are always a lot of things that you can do. I never get bored just sitting in front of my PC.
Are you an internet addict? How many hours do you spend in front of your PC?

I have dry eyes from a week and it's not going to get better any time soon:(
I don't actually realized how much of my day is in front of the PC because I wasn't doing it to try and make some money.Until a week ago I was spending a good 8 hours just for my curiosity and couldn't feel it.Now I'm looking at the screen in every free minute and it's exhausting.

I spent about 2-3 hours in the net daily. Yeah you never get boarde. More over we foot have much of alternatives. firofame.blogspot.com
