Do you Believe that drinking coffee is Good for our skin for it has collagen?

I don't even know what collagen is, But i bet it's good alright. actually coffee with milk can also be good to the stomach as part of cleaning up the digestive system allows you to bowel smoothly.you should drink coffee only twice but little coffee with much milk.

I love taking coffee instead of tea, if I'm given a choice. I think coffee stimulates my mind and I feel better. I did not exactly about it that it contains collagen and it helps nourish our skin. I just enjoy its aroma and taste and enjoy drinking the same.

I am pond of black coffee very much, drink almost 4 cups a day:) but, I dunno what its effect to my skin. so far my skin is quite okay.

Even i read the article that when coffee mask applied on skin, it will give good skin or improve the skin texture..(they are adding substance called collagen, which is good for skin)
i don't like coffee much, i prefer green tea or black tea.. i feel very acidic after drinking coffee. I hardly drink coffee may be once in month's time..

i am not sure whether coffee is good for your skin due to its collagen properties but it is known to be a direutic,so too much of it is harmful for the skin.but i too love coffee in moderation,my day begins with a good cup of coffee.
