Do you take fruit juice everyday, if so which fruit juice?

We buy banana everyday and we make banana milk shake quite often. So as a desert, after meals I take banana milk shake. Some times we make other fruit juices like mash melon, orange, water melon etc. also. Do you take fruit juice everyday? If so what fruit juice do you take? What do you like?

Hi Buchi!
So you are taking adequate care of your health and keep enriching with yourself with essential minerals and vitamines by consuming fruits juices and shakes. We prefer taking fresh fruits rather than taking juices. We feel fruits contain fibre and essential vitamines and nourish our body in a better way. It takes time to get the organe or Musambi juice and when it is holiday/weekend, we go for juice.

I take fresh fruit also. Sometimes I feel bored to eat the fruit as it is. Moreover fruit juice means, we feel like drinking it like water in a fraction of second and go away. More over, whenever we go to hotel, we order juice and keep it till the end of finishing the ordered items and sip now and then. So at home also if the juice is there, whether I sip in between or not, I have some satisfaction.

I agree with you that it is much easier and convenient to consume juice like some other drink or water, specially when we are buying it either in at a eating joint or some juice shop.

Hi Aunty,
Hi usually have fruit juices only during the summer seasons and sometimes whenever we go out for a walk then we have fruit juices and come. I like having water melon and orange juice every time. But i prefer to have a seasonal fresh fruits after having my lunch and dinner.

Hi Buchi, I take raw fresh fruits daily. I seldom take fruit juice at the moment.
for I feel reluctant to take the trouble to prepare it. I'm really lazy eh.... It's more easier and convenient to take fresh fruits. I just have to peel the skin of it and bite. I like banana and sweet tangerine very much for they are sweet and delicious. Moreover I can peel off they skins easily just by hands.
If eating out I sometimes would order a glass of cold pineapple or carrot juice. Though carrot is not fruit it's still available in the fruit juice list. I take this especially during hot sunny day. Anyway most of the time I still prefer to have a cup of hot aromatic coffee

Ok. So you are also a coffee lover like me. In my house my husband only prepares fruit juice. So happily I drink it. My daughter bought one blender and withing five minutes fruit juice or milk shake is made. From then it has become easy for us to make juice at home.

We don't take fruit juice every day but like to eat fruits as it is, coz for making fruit juice, we need to add sugar for sweetness which I want to avoid as sugar is not good for health and teeth. So I will serve fruit pieces which is sweet, sugerfree and also fibre suppliment, to my family

We need not necessarily add sugar for the fruit juice. We prepare cucumber juice also at home but never add sugar. Little salt we add just for a mild taste.

Yes.. i like taking fruit juices
I prefer fruits, rather than taking juices. Reason is fruit juices will be added to sugar and water. so fresh frits contains more vitamins.
Daily i prefer to take fruits or juices.
I like Chikko milk share, Papaya, orange.

Eating fruits is better than eating fruit juice. But some times you feel like taking only juice, especially it the food is heavy like biriyani or bisi bele bath and it is easy to drink juice than eating fruit. My all time favourite is mango milk shake.

I try to eat fruits as much as possible but my kids are fond of juices.They insist on buying packed juices but i prefer to make them at home.Orange juice and apple juice are my favorite. I make apple shake for breakfast and sometimes banana shake too. These juices contains essential nutrients and vitamins needed by our body and specially for growing children. Juices made from fresh fruits is a delicious way of improving body health and digestive system.

Very true. Fruit juice is very good for health. Children usually prefer juices to fruits as it is easy to drink. As long as fruit goes into their stomach, it is good. We mothers, think like that is it not?
