Do you put cooked and uncooked food in separate bags?

When shopping from supermarket, I use separate bags for cooked and uncooked food. Otherwise, the bacteria on vegetables or meat would easily contaminate the cooked food. And the recycled bags must be cleaned regularly.
In the kitchen, we must also prepare separate boards for cooked and uncooked food. Precaution is best approach to reduce illness.
Do you take care of the above?

When I go to the supermarket I put all of the uncooked (raw) meats in a separate bag from all the other foods. If I need to use a cutting board to cut up raw meat then I'll use a separate board just for that. Then I'll clean the board right away in the sink. I have a separate, smaller cutting board that I use just for cutting vegetables or cheese.
