What would this be called?

At least seven days before anything bad happens in my family, I get this really odd feeling of impending doom. Sometimes I have a feeling of sadness along with the doom and sometimes I just feel anxious...along with the doom. It usually happens Saturday nights...if I do get the feeling. Afterward, withing 7 days, something really bad out of the normal happens. Pretty much all of the females on my mom's side have had similar experiences. Anyways, it leaves me feeling really helpless, because I know something bad is about to happen, but I am unable to do anything about it. The main reason I'm trying really hard to find out what this is is because something really odd has happened. As I said, this has pretty much always happened on Saturday. I got the feeling a few hours ago. I'm extremely anxious and shortly after the feeling came I went into a crying fit-something that I have never done when this happens. When I got up and left my room, I stopped for a sec and the first thing that popped into my head was the word "death".
