Being a good listener is difficult?

Hmmm, for me its easy.

Be concerned enough. That's it.

It is only when we are concerned enough that we attentively listen, without thinking about the time we spend listening, nor patience until the other person stops.

Notice that when we are not interested, we tend to be easily distracted. We get the tendency to want to cut off the person talking. We find it hard to concentrate on what that person is trying to say.

But when we are interested or concerned, even without trying, we can really listen, we can be good listeners.

It's important to be a good listener. This is a process of learning. So it's better to listen properly rather try to impose personal view points on others.

It is hard to be a good listener because you need to be sympathetic and you need to have a patience. I'm not a good listener and I need a good friend that willing to listen to me but up to now I can't find them.

yeah,you just be patient to listen to the entire thought of the talkers,don't interrupt the speaking while talkers are talking.It's important to be a better listener,I don't know how to avoid a speaking which you dislike.Maybe you can stand aside at the start.
