Do you do overtime at work? Do you because boss asks you to stay or you decide by yourself? How much overtime you do per day/week and when? Mornings, evenings or lunchtime? Are you paid for that?

I will do overtime only if I have some gains from it like some extra money, position or reputation. Otherwise there is no way I'm going to do an overtime even if the CEO of the company asks me.

At my job we are not allowed to engage in any overtime work unless the work is preapproved. And, the chances of actually getting our boss to approve the overtime are slim to none because we have a set budget that we operate on every year. Our center is run by tuition fees with some help from our parent companies. So, we don't have a lot of wiggle room to do overtime. We get overtime every month for our staff meetings and that is about one hour. Other than that, the chances of getting it isn't going to happen.
