What is the importance of commenting to anybody else's blog?

Do you leave a comment in anybody else's blogs?
I believe we need to comment on anybody's blogs because blogging is not just saying your piece but involves connection and interaction with others too. We must remember that listening to others' thoughts and opinion we learn new ideas and pick up new information.
We need to put heart in anything we blog. We should not blog mainly for monetary purposes only. We blogged because we want to share our thoughs and ideas to others. Just like journalist, without dedication and motivation they will never succeed. It takes a heart to keep a blog not dull and boring.

I only leave comments with the purpose to have a backlink to my site. Instead of my name I fill out one of the most important keywords of my site. To have more change to have my comment approved I always make a genuine comment.
I don't comment for other purposes really.

Hi diamania! Yes I also do that sometimes (putting my link instead of my name
