 Sometimes i worked over time than my normal working hours. But my boss is not willing to give me chance for having over time work, i think that's all is just about paying more salary to me which my boss won't do it. Never mind. But i think i'm a workaholic person. Although my boss won't pay my over time rights, i always working over time as long as there's jobs for me to do. How about you? Are you a workaholic person? It's true that sometimes we can actually earn more profit from working hard, such as on over time, the profit is like more experiences on our jobs. | 2. Rohensweety (12) | 1 month ago |  If there is one weakness which my boss could identify about my workbehavior is my being workaholic. I dont mind working overtime or even beyond the time required of me to work because i love my job so much. I get a lot of satisfaction after working and finishing my tasks so i dont mind working even without pay. Although being workaholic has also its disadvantages i could no longer curb the habit. Its a good thing being a widow because no one would ever question the overtime or the late coming to house. For me being able to serve my students, clients, co-employees and even other people gives me a sense of fulfillment, so despite the fact that all my officemates have gone home, i am happy staying in my office doing the extra works. Extra work for me is love for my profession so no worry.
