Acne  | |  Does anybody have any solutions to my gross acne? Preferrably a hone remedy, or something cheap. I get a lot of pimples on my chin, usually whiteheads. I really need some help because there's this really cute guy I like and there's no way ever that he'll look at me if my face keeps on breaking out. I'm already eating very healthily, so is there anything else that I could be doing to stop this annoying problem?

1. Clean and clear Blackhead clearing scrub in the shower/ or sink (whatever you prefer) two times a day.
2. During the night before I go to bed I apply the neutrogena overnight acne control lotion (that comes with the Neutrogena Advanced solutions acne therapy kit) I'm not sure if you can get it seperatly though?
The overnight lotion works extremely well, and I have comtinued to use it only on trouble spots if I see a pimple starting, it clears it up very wel, But those two things in combination worked great for me!

Try to avoid greasy stuff, mayonaise, butter. Also avoid chocolate and sodas. Now for the things you should eat are the followings, fruits vegetable, and also drink lot of water, that would help keep your skin healthy.
Other advice i´d give you is to visit a trusty dermatologist, he/she should know better.
