Just register in feed burner with your google account. It takes to a page where you can enter your blog URL and it gives two URL options and select the first one and finish all the steps.

Then go to the blogger --> Edit settings--> Site feed, enter the feed URL and save settings..

You are done... If you go to 'my feeds' in feed burner after registering, you will get the feed URL details as shown in my picture....
