I work for a very prominent advertising company and I also work with people from all walks of life. There is one female co-worker who is a very good worker and very ethical. But think she has also ben dropping subtle hints of trying to "hook up" I really value this woman as a co worker and I don't want to get her in trouble if I am not certain if this is true. How would you handle this?

If and when she does, then you are sure of her orientation and you can make it equally clear to her that you are the wrong type…and if she never does make such advances then you can become sure that she is heterosexual type.
