Shareapic.net; Legit or SCAM ?

Payment Announcement Shareapic is temporarily ceasing the issuing of payments to members in order to pool money to fight a pending lawsuit. Members will still accrue their image view & referral earnings as usual, however payments will be put on hold until further notice. Until when. ?

Oh no, ShareaPic just came to my knowledge now, is it still bad? I've read good reviews around, do you still use it and know if it's back on track?
