I've heard that from a friend last week that she is waiting for a great sale after Halloween. I remembered last year there was one who died in a stampede in one of the Walmart store somewhere in New York because of that sale? I don't like to go to any place where there is a big sale because am sure people will be there waiting in a long line for the store to open and then the next is stampede. Do you always join with the crowd during big sale after Halloween? just curious.

How tragic! The sale must be really that great so people really got so crazy about it! My friend, I don't really feel I'd ever risk my life just for a sale. I love shopping and sales do excite me too, but if I know there would be so many people I don't go that place anymore. I will not enjoy shopping in a crowded place. There are Sales that do not require me to brave the crowd and get involved in stampede.

Correct!! I agree with you. I don;t like to go and join the big crowd either when there is a big sale. People now a days care less about their fellow man. They think only of their own good. Selfish desire..

I LOVE shopping the day after a holiday!! I always find the best deals. What I typically buy are things like decorations/gifts. I don't buy the candy after the holidays or costumes or anything like that. I buy things that I know I'll be able to use the following year. I'm not sure if I'll make it out Sunday to see the sales or not!

That's what others said too. They want to buy things that could be used next year or could be use for any other occasion. I was not able to witness how people get stampede in a big sale.. haahhaha it might be interesting to see them.
