 I had an adsense account 3 years ago. My account was canceled for inactivity click. well i did not read the TOS. it was so dum of me. i tried to appeal but it was of no use
Can I start a new account with a different email address. I will be having the same old address.

But you may apply for a account by a different email and a temporary address. We don't know whether you had received your adsense account PIN, and if not,you may apply for a new PIN for your new account, if yes, you will have a problem,You can't use previous family address for a new account. You may use your friends' address for receive a new PIN. Please you remember, don't cheat, google can find out your tiny fault.

Some time they will send the list of causes and we have to identify the cause ourselves for account cancellation..Better stay away from adsense..
