If you don't have you can apply for a debit card from Union Bank. I guess it is the best way. Though I am not a holder of debit card.I have read from the discussions here that so far, union eon card is the best.My bank is charging me every time I withdraw from paypal. | |

1. Fill up an EON CyberAccount Application form;
1. You can fill one up at the nearest UnionBank branch; or
2. Claim your EON VISA Electron Kit from the branch you selected:
a. Prepare your valid Identification Card(s)
* Passport
* Current Driver's License (accompanied by OR)
* Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
* Major Credit Cards with picture
* Permit to Carry Firearms
* New/Laminated Social Security System (SSS)/ Government Services Insurance System (GSIS)/ Tax Identification Number (TIN) Card
* Company ID
* Postal ID
* Current School ID, for students***
b. Make photocopies of the Identification Card(s) you will present. This will save time in the release of your Welcome Kit (just in case the photocopier/scanner in the branch is busy/unavailable). We need to keep these on file.
c. Make a personal appearance
d. Bring P350.00 to cover the Visa electron annual fee.
e. You may also bring your initial deposit (not required but recommended) so that you can start using your EON CyberAccount.

1. You should have at least 2 valid ID.
2. Both valid ID's are photocopied front and back.
3. Once you receive your card.. Deposit at least 350 - 400 pesos on your account.

| | 3.  nrtan2000 (1019) | 4 weeks ago |  You could try opening an account in BDO where you would only need 2 valid ID's and a picture. I think the the lowest minimum balance you could open there is P100 which is a remittance account. I think paypal cashouts also count as a remittance transaction.
