Friend if you wish to do online medical transcription job then you need to learn its concepts i mean there are a lot of medical terms that are to be delt with. If you make some error in your typing then the whole process will go wrong this is what i have heard about it. If you are really interested in it then i suggest you to join some course that provide you this training. Later you need to make your self familiar with the foreign ascent that is been used by them You should have good hearing skills to perform well at the same time you need to have good typing skills.

Friend I am already working in one of the medical transcription company here in our locality... I am adept with the different medical terms as my college degree is inclined with this... Hope you could help me fine a homebased job.
