Engliand..maybe 2014 they have chance to wim the champion, yeah, they play well at the Euro qualification, but they need learn much before became a real world stronger team as Brazil/Italy, they lack of spirit of champion, but I didn't mean Brazil or Italy will be the winner, I prefer Spain, and then will be Brazil \ Italy and Argentina, Holand also play well when Qualification, but the same with Engliand, they should experience more before win.

i dont think they will win worldcup. although england got a lot of good world class players. their performance is very inconsistent. England weak point is also their goalkeeper. they dont have any good world class goalkeeper to save great goals

Brazil against England - who would you pick?

Spain (current European Champions with the likes of Xavi, Andres Iniesta, Fernando Torres) against England - who would you pick?

Germany (the old enemy - who have at least five goalkeepers who are better than anyone England have) against England - that is a gimme for England?

Argentina against England - well the Argentines had an awful time qualifying, so that is a maybe, although the best player on the park will not be called Lampard, Gerrard or Rooney. His name will be Lionel Messi, and if some of the other good players turn up (and if the Argentine Football Association have any sense and ditch Maradona and pick a serious experienced coach) .....

England - true to tradition - quarter-finalists.

I do believe England is one of the top 5 teams right now, so I think they do have a chance even though I think if Portugal does make it they and Argentina will be the top contenders. Why? Because in 2002 both these teams had incredible qualifying rounds and were considered the top teams to win it. In fact there results were disappointing. So I think this is pay back time neither of the two has had an easy qualifying, Argentina barely made it and Portugal isn't in yet but I think they should have a great cup presentation.
Anyway I am from Honduras, we managed to get in and now I am just waiting to enjoy this world cup with my team there, hoping we make a good show.

The names of England players are better known than players of other countries, but also many lesser known players have the quality not inferior to the English players. The countries of Latin America has a lot of talented players. You'll see Fifa Worldcup 2010, certainly many other country team made surprise.

The Three Lions have a very experienced manager Fabio Cappelo. They also have great players as you've mentioned. And they've showed a promising games in the qualification. I think they have a chance to win it. Maybe Spain is better. But England still have a chance.
