 i have a problem with my girl friend..my parents do not agree with our relationship. it's because i have been told to may parents how the house condition of my girl friend.. it is broken home..and it's to be the reason why my parents scare it would be happen to me..because like father like son...but i know how my girlfriend is...and i love her very much...

It does not follow that if the parent has a broken home relationship, the offspring will also have a broken home relationship. My parents has more than half a century of kindling each other. My home had been broken a long time ago.

| 4. shalli17here (534) | 4 weeks ago |  wow..ok personally i think that's a narrow minded. we can't make it generally like that. beside, there are some cases that eventhough they came from a broken home, the childs learnt from it and they will avoiding themself to become such a person. They wouldn't let their future little family turns out to be a broken home for their childs, because they knew how it feels to have a divorced parents.
i'm not telling you to againts your parents Niko, but invite them on a discussion. Explain to them that you girl is different, that you really know how she is, and you believe in her won't let your relationship or further little family became a broken home. Explain to them and prove it, both you and your girl..

I do love to share, ask an advises too from my friends, and listen to their problems too ( vice versa ), those makes me learn about the vary of problems in this lifes. And also, it helped me to ease my own problems with a thought that, there are other people out there facing a bigger problems than me, so mine is nothing..=)
