i met my partner at work. We were assigned in one group and thats how we became close. I wasnt really paying attention to him at first but had the chance to get to know each other better. And now after 4 yrs were still together. I and him were promoted to supervisors now and have been good employees of our company. He has been a good motivator of my work and we compliment each others' success. =) Some c0mpanies does n0t allow relati0nships am0ng employees, especially supervisor to employee. There is a conflict of interest and can generate some sort of bias. Tell me mylotters, do you think this should be allowed employees or something which should not be practiced? Do you have the same experience and did it work out?

i think it's a normal thing but since you both know the rules and regulations in the company that both of you are working then you have to really deal with it's possible consequences. one has to give up or else situations will get worst.

well we can always hide! haha! kidding aside, I think there should be no problems as long as each knows the limitations.

I think most people right now meet their partner at work.it is where they spend most of their lives, about 8-9 hours a day.I don't see anything wrong with office romances.as long as they know how to separate work from relationships, everything's gonna be alright.yes there are some companies that don't allow office romances,so they just date when they get out of work and won't let their colleagues know about their relationship.

i met my wife too at work. i am in band that plays bass guitar and she was her singer. we were holding an auditions for a new member and my brother invited her over. they know each other for they got a chance to sing together in a gig. she is a professional singer the kind that will not entertain a starting group but she went there. she had her as a member and she was fun to talk with. not boastful like other professional singers would be acting. we are married for seven years now and we have a three years old son. she choose to be a hands on mom so she no longer sings.
