Let me tell you very frankly. To make friends at your study place is not a hard job, neither a simple work. Start talking with everyone and quickly find who is the person with whome you'll like to stand with, the one whose nature is quite similar and liked by you. Also make notice who likes your nature and make your group with those people however you must talk with every of your classmate. Good luck.

Well, a person who always give in will have lotsa friends. The bad news is, this kinda person won't be able to find true friends. This is because, people around you will start to take advantage on you if you always give in and do anything in order to please them. Friends are everywhere but true friends are hard to find:) Good luck...

Are you talking about in School? If so that is easy, you can make friends by your interests. For instances, if you like to play an instrument or want to learn how then join a band at your school, or a sport my children ran track and cross-country and my son also played baseball for his school and they had plenty of friends. Check and see what your school has to offer. Once your in a sport or interest then start a conversation with the people in that sport or interest. You'll find you'll have plenty of friends. But you'll need to strike up the conversation first. In most cases most people are just as shy, if you are, that is a fear you'll need to overcome. Don't think of what people think of you. If you are a nice person they will react. Nine times out of ten the person you talk to is shy too. Just open up and say what is ever on your mind at the time.

I would suggest that maybe join some clubs, that what i did. when i moved and started a new college i didnt know anyone. so i started going to some clubs that intrested me and now i have some friends with the same intrests as me.
