Am I bad manners to ban a man who like to make a online camera with me?  

I would do the same if I should meet such kind of crackpot online. He show no respect and should be banned. It is only making a nuisance of himself by trying to be funny. You did it right.

Lol you are right and you have done the very right thing, the net is full of nasty persons, i have faced some lol, i just first delete and next block them, you can do that too, it is not bad manners lol.

Just the right thing to do. I would totally ban someone like that. People should relearn how it is to make friends online. I usually do not engage in webcam chats unless I've chatted with the person a few times to know how he/she is like online. It gets a little bit more personal once you chat cam to cam, whatever type of activity it is you've got going on.
