I just finished the meeting in sales apartment. The manager told us the new aim on sales volume, which are bigh duty for us. As we all know the global economy is getting better, the manager rised the sale volume aim. Some one feels it's hard, aomeone thinks it's ok. To do sales,it's not only to sell things oue.It has much things to do with.I know clearly about the theory, however,it doesn't work well when I use it. Friends,do you have any good advice to help me?

To be a good salesman you have to have a good rapport with people you have to be able to talk to people and listen aswell. It also helps if you know about the product you are selling, negotional skills are also key to being succesful.

selling is not just giving on what customers wanted to buy. You have responsibilities. You have several things to learn to achieve a successful selling. First, as a salesman, you must be polite. Greet everyone. Give always a sweet smile and a cheerful face. When someone asks for assistance, assist carefully. If someone asks something you do not know, try to give her/him hints or refer someone you know who knows about it. Don't say "I do not Know". Be respectful to the people even if you know they are not buying. Second, you must know the things you are selling. You must give precise information about your products. Be careful on handling and be sure there are no defects on your products. third, do not forget to thank your customers.

learn more on your products and make sure that you are very knowledgable. Be enthusiastic and positive when selling. Practice and be ready for rebuttals for customers who will not take advantage of your offer.
