 Sometimes I think the time goes fast,I have less time to do that I want to.Sometimes I think the times goes slow,I'm waiting for weekend.
How do you think about this year??It's already November.2009 will be gone.What do you get,what do you loose?Is it fast for you?Is it too slow???

My meaning of time fast and slow is kind of feeling.When the day is going well,I may feel the time is going fast.When I feel so good,I may feel that the time going slow!Just an example!

As for the holidays I love Thanksgiving as for Christmas not so much. Thanksgiving is about family and food and that is why I love it. As for Christmas its become so commercialized. Christmas decorations have been out since the end of August and early September. Its ridiulous.

I used to feel the same way about Christmas being commercialized. The one thing I do to bring the true spirit of Christmas is I make homemade gifts. I but ornaments and paint them, I write a Christmas letter to my friends and family, I buy wreaths and decorate them for my friends and I also make Christmas Candy, cookies and fudge. I also buy an unwrapped toy and donate to the toys for tots drive. The toys for tots drive is something I have been donating to since I was a little girl. My parents have always told us that the true meaning of Christmas is giving to others. This is one value I want to teach my own children when I have them. | |

| 4. randylovesdar (484) | 4 weeks ago | For some reason after Halloween things seem to go by so fast. Here it is November 1st and already you see all the Christmas items out. I know I started my Christmas shopping today and I am already in the Christmas spirit. I would play Christmas music, but my husband will not let me until the day after Thanksgiving. I am hoping to seek holiday employment so I can save money for Christmas. I have already gone through my Christmas Candy recipes and am in the process of deciding which ones I will make to give to friends and family.
I know out here we set our clocks back an hour, but now it gets so dark early. It takes me weeks to get used to the time change. I hate the fact that time goes by so fast. | |
