not getting paid for referal clicks in neobux

hi friend i am doing neobux from last 4 months...i have 17 direct and 6 rented referals..till yesterday it is fine but from yesterday night i am not getting my referal money even after their clicks..i have never faced such a sutivation...i have done all my clicks at my server time..i have got till yesterday night 11:00pm a person doing his for clicks and i have recieved one and their clicks got incremented by four (4) and today morning too 6 referal clicks showing incremented each by four (4)but i didnt get my amount increased..have you faced this position and can you suggest me what i should do now.....

i havn't met such thing yet.who knows it will pay or not.some people say it's true,but not noone can convince me it's reallity.if you get payed tell me .thank you.
