It is a base point to visit talacauvery, the birthplace of river kaveri, bhagamandala-shiva temple, abbey falls, tibetian settelment, harangi dam irruppu falls etc.

Absolutely green and full of different tropical flowers. Also a great place to see coffee plantation and spice cultivation. Visit Coorg, you won't repent.
