Whats the best Superhero movie of all time?

I am a mad comioc book fan and have been for many yesrs. It absolutely great now that there are so many great superhero movies around and there is nothing better after a long day or week at the office to escape into s good old superhro movie. But... which one is the best.... do you like the old movies like the Christopher Reeve Superman which blew my young mind when it first came out or are you an Xmen freak, a Blade basher, a Watchamn geek or a lover of the Dark Knight, my all time favorites are Spiderman 2 due to the great villian (Doc Ock) and Iron Man which was brilliant and true to the comic.
