Want to lose weight or gain it ?

How many times a day does the thought of weight loss strike your mind is it once twice thrice and is ur immediate reaction for this thought , do u call any weight loss program institute or any pills or some kind of equipment or gym ?

Uggh!!! I want to lose some weight but it's really hard. I mean every time I plan on going to the gym, I feel a little lazy. Although I run/jog every now and then, still it's not enough. I've tried taking some food supplement that make you lose some weight but I stopped. Because I got a little worried of the possible side effects it can bring. So what I do is I monitor my food intake. I ate food that has few calories and have lots of fiber.

"uggh !!! " i can feel that hatred towards ur weight me too a lazy kind of , going to gym is like my dream i go to gym only the day i pay 4 it

i`m worry all day!!! and it`s terrible... i used to be ok with mt weight before... but since a had my baby i became almost 200 pounds!!!! i have a hormonal dissorder, and also i have cancer... and to be worry makes me feel hungry all day... i try to eat healthy, but it doesn`t matter what i eat i keep wining weight... help me pls!!!!!

is ur cancer curable ? Do u eat a lot it really doesnt matter eating a lot is not the main cause for being over weight but getting this into ur daily routine is a probs , if u sit idle for more than 3 hrs a day u will start gaining weight so change ur habits even a spoon of sugar can increase ur weight by a good amount , but its not in a day or week but months , if u change ur habits u will not have to worry it will decrease the same way it increased

I worry a lot about my weight, and sometimes it's constantly in my mind (i know it's not good). My reaction would always be to cut down on snacking. Junk food and soda: OUT! Then, I also do crunches and walk the treadmill.

I have always worried about my weight, but it sure is hard to lose. I just look at food and I gain weight and it is horrible. I do walk everyday to try to help with it, plus I do try to watch what I eat, and that ishard too, as I see something at the store, and I shouldn't eat it but I do. I guess I don't have a lot of will power, and I sure need to gain some. I do eat a lot of yoplait yogurt which is really good, as I don't normallly eat yogur but yoplait has lots of flaors, which is better than plain. I also eat a lot of black grapes as they are very sweet, and they fend off cancer as well. I sure don't want to gain more weight, but I really don't have to much luck losing.
