Would you sleep in makeup?

Yes I do take my makeup off before bed. I also use a moisturizer. It is not good to sleep in make up because or skin is unable to breathe. There has been a rare ocassion where I got home and just wanted to take a short nap and then I did not.

There have been a few times I have fallen asleep with my makeup on. When I was young I did not wear foundation so it was not as bad if I slept with it on, though I did not do it as a general rule. If my mate and I had been out for the evening and came home in a loving mood I did not take the time to wash off my mascara and blush as I did not want to ruin the effect or the mood.

Now that I am older I tend to wear a foundation mixed with moisturizer since I live in a very dry climate. I wash this off in the evening because I do not want my pores to be unable to breathe during the night. I vigorously wash my face and apply a little moisturizer around my eyes before going to sleep. I love the glow when I awaken in the morning if I clean my face thoroughly when I retire.

I fall asleep with my mascara on all the time. That's the only make-up I wear, except lip gloss but that usually wears off. I never wore a lot of make-up and I don't have the habit of washing my face before bed, I am just too tired when I want to go to sleep, I go to sleep. I wash my face in the mornings. I don't think the mascara is bad, it doesn't make a mess, just a little under my eyes but it doesn't bother me. I am an Esthetician too so I know that washing the face is important but I think the oil in my skin is better the less I wash my face. Oil is good when you are older because we loose it with age and oil keeps the skin younger looking. Dry skin will age you and washing too much will do that too. I don't even use moisturizer and I am 37.

i sometimes sleep in make up..hehe.coz im too tired to remove it.but the effect is really bad.when i woke up in the morning,my face is really oily and then a minute after,there is already a zit into my face.

I don't sleep with makeup. The makeup is somewhat harmful for the skin, especially you keep it for a whole day. Your skin also needs to take a breath. If I have makeup, be sure I will clean my face carefully so that I can go to sleep.

Before I go to bed, I see to eat that I have washed off the make-up I have on my face. I do not like having anything on my face when I sleep. I do not even put on night cream.
There are times though that when I come home very tired and I cannot summon the energy to clean my face. My face gets really oily the next morning and I do not like the feeling.

Seldom, only when I was rather tired and had to go to bed immediately. And wear the makeup in sleep is bad for the skin.

i really take off my make up before going to bed. i used apply some cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. i just love doing it no matter how tiring my life really is...:D

NO! I will never sleep with my makeup on. I make sure I take it off, it's kinda a part of my night regimen. I agree with you, I also don't understand why women sleep in makeup..

perhaps they think that sleeping with makeup gives them good dreams at night in which they will look beautiful.second reason may be that they dont care of their skin.
