Which do you believe most friends or relatives? If so why?

IT depends on a few factors, The content of our matter is the vital factor. Next comes the sort of people we want to convey to. Some times relations are more understanding than friends as friends can sometimes take a matter not too seriously.

I think that would be a case to case basis, it depends on the quality or depth of relationship you have with you relatives or friends.

I have some Aunts who are very much concerned with the health of my father(their brother) who have a kidney problem and I have some Aunts who seem not to care about him.

He has also some friends who when he undergone surgical operation twice, did not even visit him once in the hospital.

As for me, I get myself close to those friends who shows me "genuine friendship" and doesn't attend to those who remembers me only in their time of need.

In my eyes, both friends and relatives are important parts in our life.

Life is a journey. When we get into some troubles in such a journey, both friends and relatives can give us a hand and help us get out of scrapes. For various reasons, most people will keep away from their relatives and at the same time, people often spend much time with their friends. As others said it depends on how truthful and trustworthy they are.It has nothing to do with being a friend or a relative...it's one's personality that leads others to believe in them and trust them as well....

Both friends and relatives are precious to us if they do treat us as their friends and relatives. If so, it is sure that they will give us a hand if we are in trouble; otherwise, if they are the mean person or just want to make use of us when we are good, neither of them will help us. So everything depens on what kind of person they are, and how strong our relationship is.

I would like to answer your question whom I will believe --- friends or relatives. It really depends on how close you are. Both will always give you advices and comments but it is always the relatives who are more frank in telling you things that are leaning towards the "not-so-good" areas. In times of my need, there are very good friends who respond immediately when I need them. There are also relatives that would do the same. I think it really depends on what kind of relationship you have with each type of people.
